The 408 sq.ft carpet area is perfect for me as a single peon, and it's ready to move in, which was very convenient. The only thing I've noticed is that the rooms feel a little compact, especially the second bedroom. However, for the price point, which I consider reasonable for the city, it's a good deal. The connectivity to nearby roads is also decent.

  The best part about Shree Padmamba Omkar Residency is its location. New Model English School and Junior College is right at nearby, and Nandadeep Eye Hospital is also nearby. This was the main reason we chose this flat for our kids. We got a spacious 4 BHK with a carpet area of 1716 sq.ft, which is perfect for our large family. The project by Shree Padmamba Constructions is ready to move, so we could shift in immediately. Tarabai Park is a good neighborhood. The only minor issue is the dust from nearby construction which happens sometimes, but it's manageable.
