My partner and I recently moved into our 2 BHK at Ghatge Utkah Residency. Being ready to move was a huge plus for us as we didn't want to wait. The location in Tarabai Park is decent, close to Indumati Road and Bhosalewadi Road. It takes us a short distance get to our office which is manageable. The flat itself is well laid out, with good natural light. The only slight issue is the parking space; it can feel a bit cramped when multiple caare present. However, the proximity to Kolhapur Bus Stop, a short distance, is incredibly convenient for weekend trips. Ghatge Developments has built a solid property here.

I am currently abroad but wanted to secure a comfortable home for my parents in Kolhapur. Ghatge Utkah Residency in Tarabai Park seemed like a good option because it is ready to move. My parents can shift in immediately. The location is very convenient, with Nandadeep Eye Hospital and New Model English School and Junior College extremely close by, which offepeace of mind. They are near Indumati Road and Bhosalewadi Road. The distance to Kolhapur Bus Stop, a short distance, is also a great plus for them to visit relatives. While I haven't seen the property myself, the developer Ghatge Developments has a good reputation. The only potential issue I foresee is the dust from construction in nearby areas, but hopefully that subsides soon.

The proximity to Kolhapur Bus Stop, just a 2-minute walk, is excellent for receiving clients or quick travel. I purchased a 1 BHK unit. It’s ready to move in, which saved me a lot of hassle. The roads like Indumati Road are easily accessible. My only concern is the noise from the nearby bus stop during late hou, which can be a bit disruptive for light sleepeHowever, the overall connectivity and the fact that it's a Ghatge Developments project, known for timely delivery, are significant advantages.

We chose Ghatge Utkah Residency primarily for its proximity to schools. New Model English School and Junior College is literally at nearby distance, which is amazing for our children. Nandadeep Eye Hospital is also very close by. We bought a 2 BHK flat here. It is ready to move, so we could settle in quickly. The area around Tarabai Park is developing nicely. Access to Indumati Road and Sonal Colony Road is good. The only minor drawback we've noticed is that during monsoons, some parts of Bhosalewadi Road can get waterlogged, making access a bit tricky sometimes. Still, the convenience for our kids is the main factor.

Finally bought my fit flat at Ghatge Utkah Residency in Tarabai Park. It's a ready to move in property, which was a big relief. I looked at a 1 BHK. The location is quite good, very close to New Model English School and Junior College, almost zero distance which is perfect for future needs. Also, Nandadeep Eye Hospital is right there. This made my decision easier. The roads around are Indumati Road and Bhosalewadi Road. It's nice that the Kolhapur Bus Stop is only a short distance away. I am a bit worried about the traffic on these main roads during peak houthough, but overall the convenience is great. Ghatge Developments seems like a reliable builder.
