The developer is Shree Venkateshwara Land PromoteThe project offeessential amenities like 24x7 water supply and power backup, which are crucial. Being a gated community adds to the security aspect. The plot is spacious enough for a comfortable home. I also noticed the nearby Kokumedu Bus Stop is a short distance, which is useful for commuting. Overall, a decent investment for future growth in Chennai.
