We were looking for a home with good facilities for our children. Hansa 101 has a dedicated children's play area and even an olympic size swimming pool, which is fantastic. The flat is a 2 BHK with 1000 sq.ft super builtup area, providing enough room for everyone. Being close to Nava Jyothi Vidyalaya at nearby was a huge factor for us. The project has 24x7 security and CCTV, giving us peace of mind. The tree plantation and landscaped gardens add a nice green touch. The construction was completed in July 2022. One minor issue we've noticed is that the water pressure can sometimes be a bit low on higher floo, especially during peak usage times.

My only concern is the lack of information regarding the OC, which I hope Hansa Estates will address soon. Otherwise, it's a solid buy in Chennai East.
