After retirement, I wanted a comfortable home, and Shree Keshvam Heights in Tragad seemed like a good option. I chose a 3 BHK flat of 937 square feet. The price was 73 Lakh, which is at the higher end, but the project is ready to move and offegood amenities. The presence of a lift and 24x7 water supply is crucial for someone of my age. The landscaping and tree planting give a pleasant feel to the complex. Being opposite Siddharth Icon Godhrej Garden City is a good landmark. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance offea sense of security. While the nearby roads are good, the internal lane to reach the project could be better maintained. Overall, Shree Ganesh DevelopeTragad has provided a decent living space.

I purchased a 3 BHK flat in Shree Keshvam Heights as it is ready to move and the location in Tragad is convenient for my office. The built-up area of 899 square feet is sufficient for my family. The price was within my budget, around 65 Lakh. What impressed me most were the amenities like the tennis court and squash court, which I plan to use regularly. The security features, including 24x7 CCTV surveillance and fire retardant structure, provide peace of mind. The Vastu compliance was also a plus point. The proximity to Apollo International School Tragad is excellent for my children. My only slight concern is the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, but that is expected in a developing locality.

The location is decent, close to Global International School. My parents liked the Vastu compliant design. The kids' play area is also a nice touch for future family plans. The Motera Stadium Metro Station is a bit far at over 4.6 kilomete, which might be an inconvenience for some.
