We bought our 2 BHK here in B Anand Crystal because it's a ready-to-move property. The built-up area for our flat is 1320 sq.ft., which is a good size for us. We liked the video door security feature, it adds to the safety. The mini theatre is a fun amenity for weekend movie nights. Being close to Global Indian International School, which is nearby, is also a plus for future planning. The price range was a bit at the higher end of our budget, between 56.3 Lakhs to 69.84 Lakhs, but we felt the amenities justified it. Parking is adequate for our one car.

I invested in a 2 BHK unit at B Anand Crystal last year. The location in Tragad, near Anand Vihar, offegood connectivity to major roads like S. G. Road and Sardar Patel Ring Road. The built-up area of 1320 sq.ft. Is standard for this configuration. The price point, starting from 56.3 Lakhs, seemed reasonable for the area and amenities like the gymnasium and gazebo. Although OC received status is not available, the building was completed in 2012 by B Desai and seems structurally sound. My primary reason for investment was the rental potential in this developing area of Ahmedabad.

I moved into B Anand Crystal about six months ago. The location in Tragad is quite convenient, close to S. G. Road and Sardar Patel Ring Road, making travel easy. I appreciate the landscaping and tree planting around the complex; it feels very green. The gymnasium is well-equipped for my daily workouts, and the senior citizen sitout area is a nice touch. My 2 BHK apartment is spacious, around 1370 square feet, offering enough room. The building is from 2012, so it's established. Water supply has been consistent, which is important. Overall, it's a peaceful place to live.

We purchased a 3 BHK apartment in B Anand Crystal, which is 1650 sq.ft. The space is great for our growing family. Living here for the past year, we've found the location very strategic, being off S. G. Road and close to major arterial routes. The lift facility is always working, and the video door security provides peace of mind. The landscaping is beautifully done, making the complex look very appealing. The construction quality appeasolid, as expected from B Desai. Our only slight issue is the car parking arrangement; it can feel a bit congested if you have a larger vehicle or more than one car.

We are living in B Anand Crystal since last year. Our children attend a school just a few kilometeaway, and the proximity to Gandhinagar-Ahmedabad Road is very helpful for daily commutes. The children's play area is a big hit with our kids. We have a 3 BHK which is 1650 sq.ft., providing ample space for the family. The jogging track is useful for staying active. One small concern is the traffic noise from S. G. Road during peak hou, which can be a bit much sometimes. However, the 24x7 water supply is reliable.
