The 2 BHK flats here offer a decent carpet area, ranging from 616 to 815 sq.ft. I am particularly impressed with the water conservation and rainwater harvesting systems implemented by Shree Venkatesh Buildcon Pvt Ltd. The landscaping and tree planting add a nice touch to the environment. While the construction is complete as of June 2024, I noticed some dust from ongoing nearby development, but that is temporary. This project offea good balance of modern amenities and a peaceful living environment.
