    We were looking for a comfortable home in Pune after retiring from Delhi. Basil Mondale in Mundhwa seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK flats have a carpet area between 699 to 751 square feet, which is quite spacious for us. We appreciate the focus on water conservation and rainwater harvesting, which is important for sustainability. The gymnasium is also a nice amenity for staying active. The location is decent, being close to Magarpatta Circle. The price range for these flats starts around 72.37 Lakhs. We did notice quite a bit of dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit of a concern, but hopefully, that will settle down once everything is complete. The developer, Basil, seems reputable.
