We checked the 2 BHK unit with 712.89 square feet carpet area and found the layout very practical. Shree Ganesh has included a nice swimming pool and a badminton court which we really liked for our weekends. It is a ready to move project so we do not have to wait for possession. The only thing is that the parking area felt a bit crowded during the site visit today. Otherwise the connectivity to the main roads is good and we are seriously considering this for our fit home together.
