It's ready to move, which suited my immediate needs. The location near Khandagiri is quite accessible. PDN DevelopePvt Ltd has provided basic amenities like a children's play area and power backup, which are useful. The price was around 51.24 Lakh. My main concern is the traffic noise during peak hou, as it's quite close to the main road. Also, I haven't seen the OC received details, which is a bit concerning for a completed project.

The price of 51.24 Lakh was manageable, and the location near Khandagiri is convenient for my daily commute. Having Vikash Residential School and Manipal Hospitals nearby is a definite plus. The children's play area is nice, even though I don't have kids yet. The power backup is essential, especially during monsoon season. One minor issue is the dust on the approach road, which can be botheome sometimes. Also, finding parking can be a bit tricky if you have guests.
