We needed a place close to the hospital and Shree Dolasnath Samruddhi seemed like a good option. It's close to Shree sai maternity hospital, which is convenient. The area is generally quiet, which is important for my work schedule. We looked at a 2 BHK flat, the carpet area was around 490 Sq.ft which felt a bit compact for the price, though the builder Shree Dolasnath Associates mentioned it's a common size for this locality. They have solid waste management which is a plus. Getting a place that's ready to move in was a priority, and this project fit that perfectly. The Mumbai-Bangalore expressway is also quite close, making travel easier.
