We wanted a spacious home for our family and chose the 1308 Sq.ft 3 BHK at Shree Dhyan Residency. It's ready to move, and we moved in last month. The location is excellent with Cygnus World School a short distance, which was a major factor for us. The apartment size is generous, and the amenities like the swimming pool and children's play area are great for the kids. The price range for the 3 BHKs, up to 38.1 Lakhs, felt justified for the size and location. Shree Dhyan Infracon Pvt. Ltd. Has provided good security. One small thing is the dust from nearby construction sites, which can be a bit botheome at times, but we are hoping it settles down soon.

The swimming pool and gymnasium were big draws. It's located in New Sama, close to NH 8 which is great for my commute to the IT park, taking about 30 minutes. The price point between 23 Lakh to 38.1 Lakh felt reasonable for Vadodara. My only small concern is the parking; it can get a little tight during peak houwhen many residents return around the same time. But overall, the project by Shree Dhyan Infracon Pvt. Ltd. Shree Dhyan Residency offebasic amenities like 24x7 security and lifts, which are important for me. The Vastu compliant aspect was also a consideration. My only minor issue is the road access; it's a bit narrow for the last 200 metewhich can be slightly inconvenient sometimes, especially when there's heavy traffic.
