I recently purchased a 4 BHK villa at Shree Avadh Aashray. Being a single woman, safety and convenience are my top priorities. The project offe24x7 CCTV surveillance, which is reassuring. The location in Kapurai is decent, with the school and hospital very close by. The villa size I'm getting is around 1250 Sq.ft built-up. Construction is ongoing and scheduled to finish by March 2029. Shree Avadh Developeare also including a rainwater harvesting system, which is environmentally conscious. The only thing is that the area near NH 48 can get quite busy during peak hou, which might affect commute times slightly. Otherwise, it looks promising.
