We finally booked our fit home in Dream 24. It's a 3.5 BHK villa and the plot area is around 1500 square feet which feels quite spacious for us. The location in Kapurai, Taali is promising and it's not too far from Dabhoi Road. They are promising completion by December 2028, which gives us enough time. The price range of 78 Lakh to 81 Lakh was manageable for our fit purchase. I really liked the idea of having a compound wall for privacy, that was a big selling point for my husband. The children's play area is also a good addition for when we have guests. Just hoping the construction stays on schedule.

This is something to consider for daily commuting. The underground cabling is a good touch for aesthetics and safety.

The location in Kapurai, Taali is developing, and it's close to the airport, which is acceptable.
