The price was 1.28 Cr. It's an older property, built in 2003 by SHRAVANTHI SHELTELTETEES, but the amenities like 24X7 water supply and lifts are functional. The community hall is a nice place to meet neighboI appreciate the vastu-compliant design of the apartment. However, the traffic on Kanakapura Main Road can be a bit much during peak hou, which is a minor concern.
