    Finally signed the documents for my fit home at Shravan Sagar Heights. Being a fit time buyer I was really nervous but the team at Shravan Infra explained the process well. The location is just amazing because it is right opposite the Vapi Railway Station East. Having the petrol pump right nearby is also very convenient for my daily commute. I went for the 860.04 square feet 2 BHK unit. The construction is still going on and they are targeting completion by December 2028. Hopefully the project stays on track because I am really looking forward to shifting in. The entrance lobby design looks quite decent in the plans. It is a big milestone for me and my family to have our own place in Geeta Nagar.

Being located right opposite the railway station is a huge advantage for future appreciation. I checked the carpet areas and the 847.01 square feet unit seems efficient for a 2 BHK. The project by Shravan Infra includes basic amenities like power backup and fire fighting systems which are necessary for any residential complex today. I do feel that the price could have been a bit more competitive considering the current construction stage. However, the connectivity to the Vapi bus stop and local markets makes it a practical choice for long term holding. I am expecting them to meet the December 2028 deadline.

    We decided to move to Shravan Sagar Heights to have a more comfortable lifestyle in our retirement yeaThe proximity to Upasana Lions English Medium School and the nearby hospital is perfect for us. We chose the 855.95 square feet 2 BHK layout because it felt just right for two people. Shravan Infra has included board games and a community hall which might be fun for social gatherings. My main worry is the dust from the nearby road construction since it is a busy area in Gita Nagar. However, the convenience of being close to the railway station and market area outweighs this minor issue. The project is under construction, and we are hoping the final finishing quality is as good as the floor plans suggest.

The project is located in a very accessible part of Vapi East. My parents preferred a 2 BHK and we selected the 857.99 square feet option.     I visited Shravan Sagar Heights last week to check the progress. The biggest selling point for me is the security aspect with 24x7 CCTV surveillance and a dedicated security cabin. Living alone, these things matter a lot to me. I liked the layout of the 3 BHK which has a carpet area of 912 square feet. It feels quite spacious compared to other apartments I have seen in Vapi East. The project is situated near the railway station which makes it easy to travel for work. Shravan Infra seems to have planned the community hall and children play area nicely. My only concern is that since it is near a busy station, there might be some noise once the building is fully occupied.
