Finding a flat near UPASANA LIONS ENGLISH MED. SCHOOL. Was the main reason we visited Sun Avenue Residency. Our kids will be able to go to school easily from this location in Vapi. The children's play area is a big positive for us. We looked at the 2 BHK layout and it fits our needs, although the rooms feel a little compact compared to what we are used to in older buildings. Sun Avenue has promised closed car parking which is a must for us. We are hoping the storm water drains they mentioned work effectively during the monsoon season. We are optimistic about the project completion by December 2026 and think this will be a good neighborhood for our children to grow up in.

We checked out the 2 BHK apartment options with carpet area around 727 square feet which feels quite spacious for us. The project is under construction and they expect completion by December 2026. It is located close enough to the Vapi Bus Stop which makes travel convenient. However, the road leading to the main entrance is a bit dusty right now because of the ongoing work. We are hoping the landscaping and tree planting will make the area look much better once it is finished. It seems like a decent place for us to start our life together.
