We are looking at a 2 BHK layout with 639 square feet of carpet area. It is good that Shraddha Platinum Buildeand Developehas planned for green spaces like landscaping and tree planting. My only worry is the construction noise in the area, but hopefully, that will reduce as the project neathe January 2026 completion date. The staff at the site were patient with all our questions regarding the building structure. We think this will be a comfortable place for our children to grow up in.
