It's a ready-to-move-in property, which made the process easier for a fit-time buyer. The developer, Shraddha Develope, seems to have good amenities like 24x7 security and water supply. I liked the closed car parking as well. The only downside is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit concerning for a new buyer.
