The price point was around 75 Lakh. Sivarams Homes Preetha Foundations has offered good value here. The location is close to DAV School, which is great for us. We liked the children's play area as we plan to start a family soon. The lift and power backup are essential features. The only minor issue we observed is that the dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas can sometimes be an issue, but we are hoping it settles down once everything is complete. Overall, it feels like a solid investment.
