My wife and I just moved into our new 3 BHK at RB Bagya Kudil. We work in IT, so proximity to schools like Velammal New Gen School (0.8 KM) was a big factor for when we plan to have kids. The built-up area is generous, ouis 1574 Sq.ft, plenty of space for us and our hobbies. The price range was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 85 Lakhs for our unit, but the quality seemed good. We liked that it's Vastu compliant. The only slight issue is the parking; it can get a little congested during peak houBut the 24x7 security gives us peace of mind.

RB Bagya Kudil's location in Kovilambakkam offegood access to the Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam 200 Feet Radial Road, which helps significantly with my commute to Kauvery Hospital (2.7 KM). I purchased a 3 BHK apartment, measuring 1127 Sq.ft. The built-up area is sufficient for my needs. The maintenance staff is responsive, which is important for someone who travels frequently. One thing I noticed is that the OC received status is not available, which is a bit unusual. Still, the project by RB Foundations Pvt Ltd has essential amenities like lift and security.

We chose RB Bagya Kudil because it’s close to good schools and hospitals. Velammal New Gen School is nearby, and Kauvery Hospital is also quite accessible. We got a 2 BHK apartment, around 1169 Sq.ft, which is spacious enough for our family of three. The kids' play area is a nice touch, and they spend a lot of time there. The construction was completed in July 2015, and it feels quite solid. My only worry is the dust from nearby construction, which sometimes makes the balcony unusable. But the 24x7 water supply and power backup are great benefits. The price was within our budget.
