The Shiwalik Group's project is ready to move, so I could start my new job without worrying about housing. I opted for a 2 BHK with a 969 square feet carpet area, which is plenty of space for me. The storm water drains and rain water harvesting are good environmental considerations. My main issue is parking; if you have more than one car, it can feel a bit cramped, especially during evenings when most residents are home.

  Finally moving out of our rental flat! We chose Shiwalik Tower in Sector 127 Mohali because it's ready to move in. As teache, we needed something reliable and the Shiwalik Group gave us that confidence. The 2 BHK configuration we booked has a carpet area of 969 square feet, which is a big upgrade from our current place. It feels much more open. We liked that they included rain water harvesting as an amenity. The only slight issue is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during construction hou, but that's undetandable as it’s a developing area.
