We moved into JSJ Josan Heights about two months ago. The main reason we chose this place was its proximity to Smart WondeSchool, it's literally nearby, which makes the morning rush so much easier. My kids also love the Children's Play Area and the dedicated Sports Area. We got a 3 BHK which has a carpet area of 975 Sq.ft, plenty of space for all of us. The Swimming Pool is also a nice touch for weekends. Power backup is reliable, which is important. Overall, it's been a good experience so far. The landscaping is well done too.
