I recently acquired a unit in Shivom Upnishad Sky, located in Sardarnagar, Bhavnagar. The developer, Shivom DevelopeBhavnagar, has presented a ready-to-move property. The advantage of having 3 open sides is noticeable in the ventilation and natural light within the apartment. Its close proximity to HCG Hospital and other medical facilities is a significant benefit. While the price point was within my investment budget, the immediate availability was the key driver. The immediate surroundings do get a bit busy, which is something to consider for peace-seeke, but for an investment, the location appeasound with good connectivity.

We moved into Shivom Upnishad Sky about a month ago. The location in Sardarnagar is quite convenient, especially with HCG Hospital being so close. Being a property with 3 open sides means good ventilation, which was important to us. The Shivom DevelopeBhavnagar team was helpful during the handover process. It is ready to move which was a big factor for us. Parking can be a little tight sometimes, especially when guests visit, but we manage. Overall, the building is decent and the neighbouseem friendly.
