We decided on Gunj Sindh Heights mainly because it is so close to Swaminarayan Gurukul, literally zero kilometeaway. That makes the morning school run so much easier for us. We are looking at a 3 BHK apartment, around 721 square feet carpet area. The developer, Gunj Develope, seems to be providing good amenities like 24x7 water supply and a fire fighting system which are important for family safety. The construction is still ongoing, expected completion is December 2027, so we have some time. The area is developing well and it seems like a good place to raise children. We are hoping the internal roads within the project are wide enough for comfortable movement.
