Our main priority was proximity to good schools, and Delhi Public School Ruby Park is just a short walk away from Shivom Astera, which is fantastic. We also liked the children's play area and the swimming pool for the kids. The 3 BHK flat we saw, around 1665 square feet, felt quite large enough for our growing family. It's also good that there's 24x7 CCTV surveillance. The only slight drawback is that the traffic on the main roads nearby can get a bit heavy during peak hou, but being close to Rashbehari Avenue is convenient.
