The 1 BHK flat is a good size, around 415 square feet, perfect for us as we both work in IT and spend most of our time at the office. The location is quite strategic, with the Mumbai-Nashik Expressway just minutes away, making our weekend trips easy. We also liked that Late. Mukesh Bhai Patel School and Vakratunda Hospital are very close by, which is great for the future. The 24/7 water supply is a definite plus. The only minor drawback is that the parking area seems a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle.
