I recently bought a 2 BHK apartment in Shivashakthi Orchids. The built up area is 1195 Sq.ft, and the price was around 38 Lakh. I chose this project because it's ready to move in and the location in Horamavu is convenient. It's close to the Outer Ring Road (ORR) and New Airport Road, making my commute manageable. The apartment has a Vastu compliant layout which I appreciated. The internet/Wi-Fi facility is useful for me. Security with 24x7 CCTV surveillance is also a plus point. The only thing I found a bit challenging is the parking space; it can feel a little tight if you have a larger vehicle or multiple cain the family. Overall, it's a comfortable place.

The project is ready to move, so I could shift in right away. The location in Horamavu is quite good, with ORCHIDS The International School very close by, a short distance. It is also reasonably close to the Outer Ring Road for easy access. The apartment is Vastu compliant. I appreciate the provision of lift(s) and car parking. The gymnasium is also a nice facility to have. My only concern is the noise from the nearby main road traffic, especially during morning and evening hou, which can be a bit disruptive.

The price was within my budget, around 35.2 Lakh. It's ready to move which was a huge relief. The location is decent, close to the Outer Ring Road for commuting. Construction looks solid, and it feels quite peaceful here. The Vastu compliance was a nice touch. I haven't faced any major issues so far. Parking is adequate for one car. Wi-Fi is available which is good for my work.

The project has good amenities like a gymnasium and a recreation facility. We liked the rain water harvesting system as well. The apartment layout is practical and gets good natural light.
