I opted for a 1 BHK with 461 sq.ft built-up area, priced at about 25 Lakhs. The project is ready to move, which meant no waiting. The proximity to NH 60, nearby, is useful for occasional travel. Shivam Assocites included basic amenities like security guards and a lift, which are important for comfort and safety at my age. The surrounding area has some dust due to development, and the narrow lane access for the final stretch to the project is a bit inconvenient. Still, it’s a peaceful living space.

We recently moved into our 2 BHK at Shivam Mahadev Residency. The space is good, with the larger 2 BHKs having up to 1083 sq.ft built-up area. It's convenient that Om Hospital Bhosari and Master Mind Global English Sr. Secondary School are literally a minute away, making school runs and emergencies much easier. The price for our unit was around 40 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the size and location. We were happy it was ready to move. The amenities like lifts and power backup are functional. The only issue we've noticed is the dust from ongoing construction nearby, which is a bit botheome, but we are told it will subside.
