The location offegood connectivity with proximity to the Sardar Patel Ring Road and the Ahmedabad-Zalod Highway. The price range for the flats, up to 29.75 L, was acceptable. The overall construction quality seems good, and it's nice to have a gazebo for relaxation.

  I purchased a 1 BHK unit in Shivam Hariom Elegance in Vastral as an investment. The price point starting from 19.68 L for a 738 sq.ft flat seemed reasonable given the area's potential for growth.   We finally moved into Shivam Hariom Elegance last month. The location in Vastral is quite convenient, especially with United public School nearby, which was a big factor for us. The children's play area is a nice touch and keeps the kids occupied. We got a 2 BHK flat and the built-up area is around 990 sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for our family of four. The 24x7 water supply is reliable. My only minor concern is the traffic on the Sardar Patel Ring Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. Overall, it's a decent place to live for families.
