We've been renting for yeaand finally decided to buy our own place. We looked at Shivam Greens and liked the 2.5 BHK apartment, which has a built-up area of 1175 sq.ft to 1286 sq.ft. The price starts around 52.88 Lakh. It's under construction right now, with completion set for January 2032, which feels like a long wait. The location in Azara is decent, and it's nice to have 24x7 Water Supply. One thing that bothered me was the dust from the construction site, it's quite noticeable. However, the Gated Community aspect and 24x7 Security are reassuring. We are hoping the finished product will be worth the wait.
