It is still under construction, expected completion is December 2027, which gives us enough time to plan our move. Shivam Developehas a decent track record, which was important for me. The location is also fine, close enough to the main road but not directly on it, so hopefully less traffic noise. The internal roads and footpaths look well-planned on the brochure. I'm hopeful for a smooth process.
