    We chose Shivaganga Royal because of its fantastic location for our children. New Generation School is just a 2-minute walk, and Cloudnine Hospital - Jayanagar is also very close, which gives us great peace of mind. We got a 2 BHK flat, about 1050 sq.ft built up, and it feels quite roomy for our family of three. The children's play area is a big hit with my son. The cycling and jogging track is also nice for evening walks. We are happy with the 24x7 security provided. The only downside is the construction quality seems a bit dated given the completion year of August 2011, and the swimming pool area could use some refurbishment. Otherwise, it's a good family-friendly neighbourhood.

    We bought a 2 BHK here a few yeaago. The flat size is around 1050 sq.ft built up which is quite comfortable. Location is definitely a plus, being so close to Basavanagudi and Jayanagar makes daily life easy. The 2 min distance to Jayanagar Metro Station is fantastic for getting around Bengaluru. Shivaganga Royal has a children's play area which my daughter uses often. The swimming pool is also well-maintained. My only minor gripe is that the traffic on Kanakapura Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, especially in the evenings.
