We bought a 3 BHK apartment, which has a built-up area of 1450 square feet, giving our children enough space. The project is ready to move in, and it's located in the desirable Jayanagar area. The price was around 1 Crore, which was manageable. The children's play area is a great facility for the kids to use within the community. The 24x7 security provides peace of mind for our family. The area is generally good, though getting a parking spot can be a little tight sometimes.

The 2 BHK apartments are around 1100 square feet, which is a comfortable size for my wife and me. The price was around 79.2 Lakhs. The nearby metro station is a bonus for occasional travel.
