  Finding a safe and convenient place was my priority, and Shivadeep Residency in Kadri has been a good choice. It’s right near Shivabagh and Mallikatte, making access to essential services easy. St Theresa's ICSE School and Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute are literally a minute away, which is incredibly reassuring. I opted for a 1 BHK flat, and the 700 sq.ft saleable area feels comfortable enough for one peon. The fact that it is ready to move meant I could move in without any hassle. Janata Construction Company built this project, and it's in a very sought-after part of Mangalore. The only downside I've noticed is the traffic noise sometimes, especially during peak hou, due to its prime location.

  As a government employee, I value stability and good location, and Shivadeep Residency provides both. The property is located in Kadri, near Shivabagh, which is a well-established area in Mangalore. It is ready to move, which suited my timeline perfectly. The 1 BHK flat we purchased has a saleable area of 700 sq.ft, which is adequate for our small family. The proximity to Bendoor Bus Stop, just a minute away, makes commuting very easy. Janata Construction Company has been around for a while, and this project seems well-maintained. The only minor concern is that parking can be a little tight if you have multiple vehicles.

  This is my fit flat purchase and I am quite happy with Shivadeep Residency. The location in Kadri, near Shivabagh and Mallikatte, is very convenient for daily life. I was looking for a 1 BHK and the 700 sq.ft saleable area feels quite spacious for me. It's ready to move in which was a big plus as I didn't want to wait. Janata Construction Company has a decent reputation in Mangalore. The proximity to St Theresa's ICSE School is a huge bonus too. I visited the site a couple of times and the construction quality looks solid. I am hopeful this will be a good decision for my future.

  After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place in Mangalore, and Shivadeep Residency seemed like a good option. The location in Kadri, near Shivabagh and Mallikatte, is quiet and yet accessible. I chose a 1 BHK which is 700 sq.ft saleable area. It is ready to move, so no construction delays to worry about. The fact that Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute is just a minute away provides great peace of mind. Janata Construction Company delivered this project back in 2000, so it's a well-established building. I find the rooms a bit small for my liking, but it's manageable for now. Overall, it’s a decent place for retired folks.

  We needed a place close to work and Shivadeep Residency in Kadri fit the bill. Being just a minute away from Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute means we can easily reach our offices. The 1 BHK configuration with 700 sq.ft saleable area is perfect for us as a young couple starting out. It is ready to move, so we could settle in quickly. The Janata Construction Company project is well-located near Shivabagh. One small issue is that the road can get a bit busy during peak hou, but it’s manageable given the other benefits. Overall, we are pleased with our decision to buy here.

  I bought a 1 BHK unit in Shivadeep Residency as an investment. The location in Kadri, near Shivabagh and Mallikatte, is excellent with schools and hospitals nearby. St Theresa's ICSE School and Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute are just a minute away, which increases the rental appeal. The 700 sq.ft saleable area is standard for a 1 BHK. Being ready to move is a definite advantage for attracting tenants quickly. Janata Construction Company is a known developer in Mangalore. While the project was completed in 2000, the location holds its value. My main concern is the lack of modern amenities, which might deter some potential rentelooking for newer facilities.
