Finding a safe and convenient place was my priority, and Shivadeep Residency in Kadri has been a good choice. It’s right near Shivabagh and Mallikatte, making access to essential services easy. St Theresa's ICSE School and Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute are literally a minute away, which is incredibly reassuring. I opted for a 1 BHK flat, and the 700 sq.ft saleable area feels comfortable enough for one peon. The fact that it is ready to move meant I could move in without any hassle. Janata Construction Company built this project, and it's in a very sought-after part of Mangalore. The only downside I've noticed is the traffic noise sometimes, especially during peak hou, due to its prime location.

The proximity to Bendoor Bus Stop, just a minute away, makes commuting very easy. Janata Construction Company has been around for a while, and this project seems well-maintained. The only minor concern is that parking can be a little tight if you have multiple vehicles.

Overall, it’s a decent place for retired folks.

While the project was completed in 2000, the location holds its value. My main concern is the lack of modern amenities, which might deter some potential rentelooking for newer facilities.
