    This is my fit property purchase, so I was quite nervous. I chose Conseptz Mercury because it is ready to move and I wanted to see the actual flat before buying. I looked at a 2 BHK with a built up area of 1305 sq.ft. The price was around 52 Lakhs, which felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. The location in Kadri is decent. I was impressed by the built-in amenities like the cycling and jogging track, and the 24x7 security. The developer, Conseptz, seems to have a history, as the project was completed in 2008. My main concern is that the OC is not available, which made me hesitate a bit, but the agent assured me it wasn't an issue for resale. The maintenance staff are visible and working.

    I purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Conseptz Mercury. Being a government employee, I appreciate the stability and the fact that the project is ready to move. The built up area is 1200 sq.ft. The price of 48 Lakhs was reasonable for the location in Kadri. It's close to Bendoor Bus Stop, which is very handy for commuting. The rain water harvesting system is a good feature. While the project was completed a while back, the overall condition seems good. The only downside I have observed is the lack of OC received information, which might be a concern for some, but for my peonal use, it was acceptable. The security staff are diligent.

    We just moved into our 3 BHK at Conseptz Mercury. The built up area is around 1450 sq.ft, which gives us plenty of room. We chose this project mainly because it's ready to move and we didn't want to wait for construction. The Kadri location is excellent, very close to Lourdes Central School, which is perfect for future planning. The price for our flat was about 58 Lakhs. We are enjoying the amenities like the children's play area and the cycling track. The security is good. One minor issue we've noticed is that the parking space is a bit limited, especially for visitoOtherwise, it’s been a smooth transition into our new home.

The location in Kadri is fantastic, with Lourdes Central School just a minute away, and KMC Hospital also very close. This was a major deciding factor for us. We paid around 59 Lakhs for our apartment. The project has a children's play area and landscaping which the kids love. It's ready to move in, which was a huge plus. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the dust from ongoing smaller works, but I expect that to settle down soon. The power backup is a relief.

The location in Kadri is convenient, especially with KMC Hospital nearby. I liked the idea of 24x7 security and power backup, which are essential for someone living alone. The price was around 50 Lakhs, which was within my budget. The project was completed in 2008, so it's not brand new, but the maintenance staff seems to be keeping things in order. My only slight worry is the traffic noise on the main road, but my apartment is slightly off the main stretch so hopefully it won't be too bad.
