My wife likes the idea of the dedicated footpaths within the complex. Construction is still underway, with completion expected by December 2029. The apartment size is around 575 square feet carpet area, which feels adequate for our needs now. The developer, Shiv Infra, seems to be making steady progress. One small thing we noticed is the dust from the ongoing construction, which is expected but noticeable. Overall, it seems like a peaceful place to settle down.
