Our 3 BHK flat has a plot area of 1890 square yards and cost us around 69.31 Lakh. The kids will love the indoor games and the jogging track. We also liked the Senior Citizen Siteout area for my parents. The price is a bit high for us, but the loan process with banks is expected to be smooth. The main worry is the traffic during peak houon Tragad Road, as it gets quite congested. We are hoping Landmark Developewill ensure good construction quality. The completion date is May 2028, so we have time to plan our move.
