The location opposite Geri in Sama is quiet, which is good for them. I chose this project because of the developer, Sachin Patel Associate, and the earthquake-resistant structure. It is also conveniently located near hospitals like Rhythm Heart Institute and The Cure Urological Hospital. The price range of 1.35 Cr to 1.95 Cr is acceptable for the quality and size. They can move in right away as it is ready.
