We are looking at a 4 BHK apartment, likely one of the larger ones around 1908 square feet carpet area. The Sharada Group is building this in Dhayari, near DSK Vishwa. Having a Club House and a Gymnasium available within the project is great for family activities. The area is developing, and it's close to Sinhagad Road. My only concern is the potential traffic noise from Sinhagad Road, as we are quite close. Still, the convenience for the kids' school is a huge factor for us.
