The 3 BHK Villa configuration with 882 Sq.ft carpet area offemuch more space for our growing family. We like that Shantikunj Enterprise is planning for water conservation and rainwater harvesting, which shows some forward thinking. The landscaping and tree planting will hopefully make the area pleasant. Construction is ongoing and expected to finish by March 2026. The only downside we've noticed is the dust from ongoing construction, which is expected, but it is quite noticeable right now. We hope the internal roads will be well-maintained once completed.
