The gated community aspect is standard, but the 24x7 water supply and power backup are non-negotiable for me, and they have these covered. Jayshree DevelopeVadodara has also done some decent landscaping. The project completion is marked as March 2026, which seems a bit confusing as the units are ready now, maybe it’s for future phases. The main issue for me is the connectivity; getting to the highway from Juna Bazar, Karjan takes a little longer than I’d like, especially with business meetings across the city. However, for the price point, it offegood basic amenities.
