The location in Hayagriva Nagar is quite accessible, and it's close to Vidyodaya Public School, which is a plus for the future. The amenities like the cycling track and indoor games are perfect for us. Shanta Krishna Constructions has equipped the project with a rainwater harvesting system and landscaping, which shows a good focus on sustainability. The only slight drawback is that the built-up area for the smaller 2 BHK is 1350 sq.ft, which feels a bit smaller than expected for the price. Nevertheless, it's a good find.
