This is my fit apartment purchase and I was quite nervous. Archana Pretty had a 1 BHK available, with a built-up area of 738 Sq.ft. It felt like the right size to start with. The budget was also manageable, around 22 Lakhs. I liked that it is ready to move, so I didn't have to worry about construction delays. The location in Ananth Nagar is decent, and it's very close to the VRL Bus Stop, which is useful. The developer, Archana Projects, seems to have completed this project a while ago, back in 2014. I am still waiting for the OC details, but otherwise, it seems okay.
