We were looking for a ready-to-move-in flat in Pune and found Shankar Aaroh Dwelling. The location on Sinhagad Road, Ambegaon Budruk is quite convenient for us. We booked a 2 BHK which has a carpet area of 1637 Sq.ft, feels very spacious. The price point was around 90 Lakhs, which felt reasonable for the size and the fact that it was ready to occupy. Aaroh Developeseem to have a decent track record. The children's play area is good for my little one. My only slight worry is the traffic congestion on Sinhagad Road during peak hou, but that's common in Pune. Overall, a good purchase for our family.

The surrounding roads can get quite busy, but that’s a trade-off for such a central location.
