I purchased a 2 BHK unit in Shakthi Fairmont primarily as an investment. The project was completed in 2013 and is ready for possession, which is ideal for quick rental income. The built-up area for a 2 BHK ranges from 1140 to 1190 square feet. The location in Kumbena Agrahara, K R Puram, is seeing development, and proximity to Whitefield (Kadugodi) Metro Station could improve its rental appeal. The price was in the 36 Lakh to 43.96 Lakh range. My only slight concern is that the OC received status is not available, which might be a hurdle for some buyeHowever, Shakthi Builde& Developehave delivered before. I'm hoping for good appreciation.

Moving to Bangalore for work at Sathya Sai Orthopaedic & Multispeciality Hospital made location a top priority. Shakthi Fairmont in K R Puram is close by, which is fantastic. I bought a 3 BHK, which has a built-up area between 1325 and 1418 square feet, offering plenty of room. The amenities like the swimming pool and gymnasium are great for unwinding after long hospital shifts. I also liked the jogging track. The price was around 40 Lakh. My main worry is the traffic in K R Puram, it can get quite bad during peak hou, and getting to the hospital might take longer than expected sometimes. Overall, a good choice for proximity to work.
