The location in Mourigram, Howrah, is decent, with access to NH16. Shazan Group delivered on time. The apartment is functional for a single peon or a small family. Power backup and 24x7 water supply are standard features. While the construction quality looks acceptable, I wish the OC details were readily available. The pricing is certainly attractive for this configuration. It serves its purpose as a residential unit close to basic facilities.
