We bought a spacious 2 BHK flat covering 941 sq.ft. For approximately 27 Lakhs. The project by S S Construction is ready to move in, and the completion date was January 2023. The 24x7 security and fire fighting system provide peace of mind for our family. While the location in Andul is good, the roads leading to the project can get quite busy during peak hou, making commutes slightly challenging sometimes.

The Asian International School being a short distance is great for future planning too. The only minor issue is that the parking space feels a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle.
