My wife and I visited Shagoon Green last weekend to look at the 2 BHK options. The layout for the 1400 square feet unit felt quite spacious and perfect for our needs. We really liked that Shagoon Realty included a gymnasium and a jogging track in the plan as we are quite fitness conscious. The location near Gunjan Cross Road is quite convenient for our daily commute. One minor concern we had is that the area is currently very dusty because of the construction work everywhere. Hopefully, this settles down once the project is finished in August 2026. We are still comparing a few other places in Vapi but this one is definitely on our final list because of the sports facilities provided.

Finding a house close to a good school was our main priority, so Shagoon Green caught our attention because Gyandham School is just 1.5 kilometeaway. Our kids were very excited to see the children play area and the badminton court mentioned in the brochure. Shagoon Realty has designed the entrance lobby quite well, which gives a good impression when entering the building. We booked a 2 BHK with 1100 square feet built up. The project is under construction right now, but the site progress seems steady. The Vapi Railway Station is also just 2.5 kilometeaway, which makes it easier for our relatives to visit us. We hope they maintain the landscaping nicely after the construction is complete.

Vapi is seeing a lot of growth and proximity to the railway station is always a strong point for resale or rental value. Shagoon Realty has a decent track record and the project size is manageable. I am interested in the 2 BHK configurations because they seem to have good demand. The inclusion of a clubhouse and dedicated car parking should help in attracting quality tenants later on. The construction is moving along at a reasonable pace. While the market competition is high, this project stands out due to the practical unit sizes and the variety of outdoor amenities like the badminton and volleyball courts.

We finally decided to move out of our rented house and buy something of our own at Shagoon Green. The 1 BHK size of 700 square feet is just enough for us. It is quite a relief to see that the project is located near the main road, making it accessible to everything we need in Vapi. The volleyball court and jogging track will be great to use during the weekends. Shagoon Realty seems to be doing a good job with the construction updates. I am looking for a reliable place to settle down and the reputation of Shagoon Realty seems decent for this area. Shagoon Green offea 1 BHK of 800 square feet which is quite large for a single bedroom apartment. The presence of a waiting lounge and 24x7 security gives me peace of mind for my family. Access to the VIBRANT MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL is very important for us given our age. My only minor issue is the traffic situation near the HP Petrol Pump during peak evening hou, which can get quite chaotic. Aside from that, the project layout seems very practical and well planned for middle class families living in Vapi.

I checked the site details and liked that the project includes a clubhouse and a gazebo for social activities. My parents specifically asked for a place that has 24x7 CCTV surveillance for safety reasons. Shagoon Realty has promised possession by August 2026, which fits my timeline perfectly. The 2 BHK size up to 1400 square feet will be comfortable for them. I hope the car parking allocation is handled fairly because that is usually a major headache in Vapi residential projects. Everything else looks promising so far.
