    My experience with Kakaria Royal Village has been mostly positive since I moved in. I was looking for something in Vapi that was ready to move and this fit my budget perfectly. The community hall and the swimming pool are great places to spend the weekend. I bought a 3 BHK Villa and the layout is very functional for a small family. It is nice to have the gymnasium inside the premises so I do not have to travel far after a long day at work. My only complaint is that the parking area feels a bit congested when all guests arrive at the same time. Still, the overall construction by Kakaria Housing and Infrastructure is solid and dependable.

    I have been staying in Vapi for many yeaand Kakaria Royal Village is definitely one of the better villa projects I have come across. I purchased a 4 BHK Villa here for my family and the sheer space is something you rarely find in the city center. The amenities like the sewage treatment plant and the fire retardant structure show that Kakaria Housing and Infrastructure did not cut corneduring construction. Being right opposite Vaibhav Waterpark is a fun advantage for the kids. It is a bit far from the main market area which can be a slight inconvenience when you forget to buy groceries, but the community setup is worth it. It is a well planned project for those who value space and privacy.

    We shifted to Kakaria Royal Village just last month and it has been quite a change for our kids. Being located near St. Francis Secondary and Higher Secondary School has saved us so much time in the morning traffic. We opted for the 3 BHK Villa which gives us enough space with a plot area of around 1500 square feet. The children play area and the cricket pitch are used by my kids almost every evening. It feels very safe because of the 24 by 7 security guards at the gate. The only minor issue is the dust from the nearby road work which requires us to clean the balcony quite often. Kakaria Housing and Infrastructure has built a decent community here.

I really like how the project is spread out and the landscaping makes the morning walks very pleasant. The 3 BHK Villa I selected has a great floor plan and feels very secure. The location in Gunjan is excellent for reaching my office in Vapi quickly. The location on Daman Road near the Jain Mandir is very convenient for connectivity. I have seen the landscaping and tree planting work done by Kakaria Housing and Infrastructure and it adds a lot of value to the project. The rental demand in this part of Gunjan seems quite high. While the price point of over one crore is on the higher side for this city, the long term appreciation potential makes it a sound investment for my portfolio.

I chose this project because it is very close to Vibrant Multi Speciality Hospital which is essential for my work schedule. I have a 3 BHK Villa which is quite peaceful and well ventilated. The facilities like the club house and the senior citizen siteout show that the developethought about all age groups. Kakaria Housing and Infrastructure has maintained the common areas quite well so far. My main concern is that it gets a bit noisy during the weekends because of the proximity to the waterpark, but otherwise, it is a very comfortable place to live in.
